LE CENTER, Minn. (AP) — A Waterville man is accused of imprisoning and sexually assaulting young girls at his home.

LeSueur County officials said tip callers spotted Daniel Reyes Jr., 40, acting inappropriately around girls between the ages of 11 and 14. They said they searched Reyes' home and found Reyes had two 13-year-old girls, who told police they weren't allowed to leave and that he sexually assaulted them.

Reyes was arrested last Thursday and is charged with two counts each of false imprisonment, solicitation of a child to engage in sexual conduct and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He also faces a fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.

Reyes is being held in the LeSueur County Jail with bail set at $5,000.
