Immanuel plans outdoor service
An outdoor worship service is planned for Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1403 Ninth Ave. S.E. The 9:30 a.m. service will be held on the south church grounds by “the rock.” For comfort, participants are asked to bring lawn chairs. The service will be led by Ruth Diede and Ken Frey. A church picnic will follow the worship service. In case of bad weather, the event will be held indoors.
