Merchants take down Brewers

The Jamestown Miller Lite Merchants defeated the Moorhead Brewers on Wednesday in amateur baseball action. Andy Sadler, Kevin Gall, Jeff Gould and Bryan Erstad each had two hits for the Merchants, who pounded out 17 total in the game. Sadler tripled and Erstad doubled. Corey Conway added a double in the win.

Greg Lunski started and got the win on the mound for the Merchants, who improved to 14-11 on the season. They take on the Mayville Redcaps in a doubleheader on Sunday.
