DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Two men charged with robbing and killing a Duluth man blame each other for the crime.

A criminal complaint said Isaac Johnson and Antonio Lewis found just 60 cents in the victim’s pocket after he was beaten to death Wednesday night. The body of 34-year-old Albert Morrison was found behind the YMCA in Duluth.

The 24-year-old Johnson and 21-year-old Lewis are charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery.

Johnson told police that Lewis punched and kicked Morrison and went through his pockets, looking for money. Lewis said Johnson repeatedly struck Morrison, removed the victim’s shoes and socks and went through his pockets.

Both defendants are being held in the St. Louis County Jail.
