Four Jamestown area residents were injured in a rollover crash Wednesday morning, according to Dave Orr, Stutsman County sheriff.

Nick Olson, 18, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet pickup extended cab north on County Road 65, 9 miles south of Interstate 94 at the Lippert Interchange around 12:37 a.m.

Olson lost control, drove into the right ditch and hit an approach. The pickup flipped, rolled and landed on its top, Orr said.

Olson, along with passenger Jordan Slusser, 18, and two 15-year-old girls who were also passengers were transported to Jamestown Hospital.

Orr did not immediately release the occupants’ addresses or the names of the juvenile passengers.

Olson and one of the girls were later airlifted to Fargo, Orr said.

Slusser and the other 15-year-old were treated and released.

Orr was unsure if the occupants were wearing seat belts.

The pickup was totaled.

The accident is under investigation, Orr said, and charges are pending.
