Casselton parade hopes to set world record

CASSELTON, N.D. (AP) — Fire trucks are the theme of the day in the southeastern North Dakota town of Casselton.

Officials hope to set a world record for the most fire trucks in a parade during the Cass County Summerfest on Saturday.

Officials hope the parade will best the world record of 159 trucks set in a Switzerland town three years ago. Organizers have received truck commitments from towns throughout the Upper Midwest.
