Alumni beats JHS

The Jamestown alumni soccer team defeated the Jamestown High School boys’ soccer team 7-0 on Saturday. Caleb Sorenson scored twice as six different players scored in all. Also scoring were Ryan Kleinknecht, Ross Perleberg, Todd Brossart, Jay Anderson and Ben Lee.

The Blue Jays play their first games this weekend when they host the East-West Crossover at Hillcrest.

They open conference action Aug. 27 against Bismarck at Rotary Field.
