Police said 27-year-old Marsha Brouillet told an officer she shook the boy without supporting his head during a moment of frustration last March, and that the boy suffered a seizure the next day. The boy’s father took him to the hospital later that day.
State’s Attorney Peter Welte said he can’t comment on the baby’s long-term diagnosis.
