Lily Hoff

Lily Hoff, 28 days, Jamestown, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009, at her home.

Lily Christina Hoff was born Aug. 4, 2009, at Jamestown Hospital, Jamestown, the daughter of Nathan and Chelsi (Meidinger) Hoff.

She is survived by her parents, Jamestown; a brother, Ethan, Jamestown; a sister, Isabel, James-town; her grandparents, Ed and Duana Meidinger, and James and Wanda Hoff, all Jamestown; and great-grandparents, Dolores Meidinger, Bismarck, N.D., Wilma Papka, Breckenridge, Minn., and Clifford and Ruth Ann Pollert, Miles City, Mont.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Raymond Meidinger, Duane Papka and Daniel and Loretta Hoff.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, with the Rev. Rich Fitzer officiating.

Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. today, Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown.
