Eighteen-year-old Angel Grant is charged with felony terrorizing, felony contact by bodily fluids for allegedly spitting on an officer's arm and minor in consumption.
Police say officers arrested Grant and a 14-year-old girl for underage drinking, and Grant allegedly threatened to have her family from California come to Bismarck and kill an officer and his family.
Grant has pleaded not guilty to the minor in consumption charge. Her preliminary hearing on the two felonies was not immediately scheduled.
