Many people using car seats incorrectly
Most parents are trying to protect their children by using car safety seats, but about 90 percent of car seats are used incorrectly. Jamestown Safe Communities is sponsoring a care safety seat checkup in Jamestown at Don Wilhelm from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
