Victory holding Rally Sunday

Victory Lutheran Brethren Church kicks off its fall schedule on Sunday, with Rally Sunday. Worship services are at 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. Sunday school begins at 9:30 a.m. for all ages. Adults will study “The Jesus Quartet, Studies in the Four Gospels” with the Rev. John Kilde during the Sunday school hour. A potluck follows the 10:45 a.m. worship service in the Fellowship Hall. Victory will welcome all new and returning Jamestown College students.

An adult Bible study in the book of Romans begins Sept. 20, in the Fellowship Hall at 7 p.m. and Sept. 21 at noon at Meeting Grounds. A second Bible study in the book of Thessalonians will begin Tuesday afternoon in the Fellowship Hall at 1. Come early at 12:30 p.m. with a brown bag lunch.

Victory begins its third year of AWANA for ages 3 through the sixth grade Sept. 16, at 6:30 p.m. Other activities for youth include a senior high Bible study meeting Monday evenings at 8, 7:37 Youth Group based on John 7:37 gathering each Wednesday at 7:37 p.m., as well as J-Jam for junior high students meeting at Teen City each Wednesday at 3:15 p.m.
