Forum on Aging set for Thursday
The 2009 North Dakota Governors Forum On Aging that was scheduled last April has been rescheduled for Thursday at the Otter Tail community room in Oakes, N.D. Registration is at 8:30 a.m.

Presenters are Dr Geoffrey A. Rath, “Aging: Changes in your eyes;” Deb Elhard, licensed professional certified counselor, on “Depression in the Elderly,” and Jan Quandt, licensed clinical social worker, on “Five Wishes.”
Educational booths attending include Hospice of the Red River Valley, Jerry Kleinknknecht from South Central Human Services information for services available for those with low vision and blindness, Jack Reuther from the State Department of Human Services with information in regard to the “Money follows the Patient,” Buffalo Valley Red Cross and IPAT that will have adaptive equipment to be used at home.
Noon lunch is available at the Oakes Senior Citizen. Make a reservation by calling 701-742-3509.
