Sen. Byron Dorgan D-N.D., said there will be three 50-seat regional jet flights daily.

“American Airlines’ decision to add a new flight between Fargo and Chicago is a smart investment that will benefit both the airline and the Fargo region,” Dorgan said in a press release. “The city of Fargo is on the move, and this is a signal from American Airlines that it plans to be a partner in the growth of this community. More airline competition is good news for Fargo and our state.”
