UND reports 4 swine flu cases

The University of North Dakota says four UND students have tested positive for swine flu but none had to be hospitalized. UND said in a statement that the students were treated at the student health center.

GRAND FORKS (AP) — The University of North Dakota says four UND students have tested positive for swine flu but none had to be hospitalized.

UND said in a statement that the students were treated at the student health center.

The state Health Department says North Dakota so far has 117 confirmed cases of the new swine flu, also known as the 2009 H1N1 strain. At least five people statewide have been hospitalized.

Health officials said most people can recover at home.
