Barnes museum holding open house

The Barnes County Museum will hold an open house to show its renovated basement from 4 to 6 p.m. today.

Since the incident with the sewer backup on April 17 due to flood issues in Valley City, the lower level of the museum has been closed to the public. Howard Langemo and Wes Anderson have done much of the work in getting the area and displays ready for viewing again.

Refreshments will be served at the open house.
