Korean-Vietnam veteran reunion set
The 20th Annual North Dakota Korean-Vietnam Veterans Reunion and Commemoration will be held this weekend at the Jamestown All-Vets Club. The event includes veterans who were on active duty for the two wars and Canadian veterans. Veterans’ spouses and guests are also invited.

To assist with planning, preregistration is appreciated. Interested veterans may get information or preregister by contacting the chairman, 1739 Fourth Ave. N.E., Jamestown, ND 58401, telephone 952-0893. Registration will be open at the All-Vets Club during the reunion. Registration charge is $5 per veteran and $3 for spouses.
The Friday program consists of registration, entertainment and meeting fellow veterans. On this date, National Guard and reservists on active duty during the Korean War and reservists who served during the Vietnam War are urged to attend the reunion.
The Saturday schedule includes a noon luncheon program, auction and the reunion banquet at 7 p.m. Tickets for the banquet are $14. Entertainment will be provided following the banquet.
The reunion will conclude Sunday morning with a continental breakfast and memorial service. The public is invited to attend.
The chairman reports that some veterans have attended all or nearly all reunions the past 20 years. He hopes more Korean-Vietnam veterans will attend the 20th reunion.
