Roaming Buffalo holds last campout

Leonard and Cindy Willey were hosts for the Roaming Buffalo Camping Club’s September meeting and for the last campout on Oct. 2-4. A fall cleanup of the Lakeside campground will be attempted. The group will sell handles for water/pop bottles as a fundraiser for Relay for Life, members will deliver Meals on Wheels the Saturday and Sunday in November and will ring the bells for the Salvation Army, a date to be decided yet.

A constitution committee is to meet to revise the constitution which needs updating.

The next meeting will be Oct. 18 at the Otter Tail community room at 3 p.m. Members are reminded to bring their food items and/or money for the food baskets to be given out during the holidays to families in need.
