The Jamestown Fire Department was dispatched to southeast Jamestown at about 9 p.m. Wednesday after a tree rubbed against a power line and put off sparks, according to scanner reports. The

The tree was reported to be behind Don’s House of Flowers, 1107 Seventh Ave. S.E.

The firefighters were on scene until about 9:30 p.m.
