Trial starting in sex abuse case
Jury selection has started in the trial of a Grafton man charged with sexually abusing a child.
GRAFTON, N.D. (AP) — Jury selection has started in the trial of a Grafton man charged with sexually abusing a child.
Ciro Gomez is expected to testify in his own defense. The trial is expected to last four days.
If convicted, Gomez could face life in prison without parole.
He also faces a charge of witness tampering, separate from the trial.
