Smithsonian exhibit in N.D.

The Heritage Center in the southeastern North Dakota town of Casselton is hosting a traveling Smithsonian Institution exhibit through November.

CASSELTON, N.D. (AP) — The Heritage Center in the southeastern North Dakota town of Casselton is hosting a traveling Smithsonian Institution exhibit through November.

“Journey Stories’’ is a retrospective on American travel. It has information on a variety of transportation history and technology aspects.

“The traveling show is part of the Smithsonian’s Museums on Main Streets program, which works with state humanities boards to bring history exhibits to smaller rural areas.
