This year’s event had the special touch of buffalo by candlelight for one hour during a power outage. An early storm caused a tree to go down onto a power line.
At the club’s meeting on Oct. 21 the group discussed upcoming events including a blood drive and the Salvation Army bell ringing event, both of which will be in December.
The Jamestown Lions Club meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6 p.m. at the Bistro. Visitors and prospective members are always welcome.
