Motorcycle-car crash in S.D. kills two people
The Highway Patrol says two people died after a crash involving a motorcycle and a car near the southeastern South Dakota town of Hudson.
HUDSON, S.D. (AP) — The Highway Patrol says two people died after a crash involving a motorcycle and a car near the southeastern South Dakota town of Hudson.
The victims were identified as 53-year-old Donald Burdick of Hudson and 40-year-old Lori Mae Willette of Delavan, Minn.
The patrol said Burdick was driving a motorcycle that collided with a car on state Highway 46 west of Hudson about 5 p.m. Sunday. Willette was a passenger on the motorcycle.
Authorities said the two people in the car were not hurt.
