Historic Grand Forks house for sale

A house on Reeves Drive in Grand Forks has more than a century worth of stories to tell.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A house on Reeves Drive in Grand Forks has more than a century worth of stories to tell.

The house with the big yard was built around 1901 from a mail-order architectural plan. The family of actress Jane Russell once lived there.

Brent Krenelka said he spent several years and about $450,000 restoring the house.

He put it up for sale at $895,000 but has since dropped the price to $565,000.

J.D. Kennelly said his great-great grandfather built the house and it has a lot of family history. He said it probably looks better today than when it was built.
