Hit-and-run injury accident reported in Jamestown today

The Jamestown Police Department responded to a hit-and-run injury accident near Interstate 94 Friday, according to initial scanner reports.

The Jamestown Police Department responded to a hit-and-run injury accident near Interstate 94 Friday, according to initial scanner reports.

The accident occurred around 4 p.m. near the exit for Highway 281.

Police as well Jamestown Ambulance responded.

Police found the driver of a blue 1992 Ford Club van from Bowden N.D., with a missing bumper and license plate.

The accident remains under investigation by The Stutsman County Sheriff's Office.

More information was not immediately available.
