Vetsch changed lanes after crossing and struck the Pontiac.
Zalumskis-Sand’s passengers, Jarrett Zalumskis, 4, and Sydney Zalumskis, 6, both of Spiritwood, were transported to Jamestown Hospital for injuries. The children were seated in child safety seats.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, police said.
The Ford sustained $1,800 in damage. The Pontiac sustained $3,000 in damage.
