Manley named to dean’s list

Kelsi Manley of Jamestown is among 646 students named to the dean’s list at the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minn. Students named to the list are full-time undergraduates who have attained a grade-point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
