Blood processing plant planned in S.D.

Plans for an Aberdeen blood processing plant are moving ahead despite delays for a beef processing plant that was initially pitched as its partner. Earlier plans had called for the IKOR blood processing plant to buy cattle blood from Northern Beef Packers, whose plant is under construction following several delays.
