Bar, restaurant complex to reopen

The leasing of the bar, restaurant and Elks Club located along Second Street Northwest is complete and some sections will be open prior to the Running o’ the Green on March 20, said Brent Lorenz, president of Jmsdak Investments, proprietor of the location.
