Fire causes breathing woes

An apartment fire on the top floor of 10-story high-rise in Minot left several residents suffering from smoke inhalation. Fire Department Battalion Chief Keith Miller said the blaze broke out about 5 p.m. Monday. The cause wasn’t immediately known.
