Flood documentary considered in DL

A water board in the Devils Lake region is considering a video documentary about the flooding problems. Devils Lake Basin Joint Water Resource Board manager Jeff Frith said a documentary might help make the case to a larger audience that a solution to the flooding needs to be found.
