Owner reunited with dog that had been shot

A dog found last week near Warren, Minn., with a gunshot wound in its back leg has been reunited with its owner. The Herald ran a story about the pup Saturday, and Travis Carl’s mom spotted the photo of her son’s dog, Ash, and called him. “She said, ‘Hey, you’re dog is on the front page of the paper,’” Carl said.
