“On the Issues” continues in today’s Sun. Today, candidates for the one seat available on the Jamestown City Council answer questions. Three people are seeking the seat: Ramone Gumke, Francis Silbernagel and Scott Walch. Incumbent Kelani Parisien is not running for re-election.
