Slow-moving thunderstorm again floods streets in Willmar in west-central Minnesota

WILLMAR, Minn. – A slow-moving thunderstorm rolled across central Minnesota’s Kandiyohi County Friday morning, dropping more than 2.5 inches of rain and again flooding streets and intersections here.
