Sex offender now living in Streeter

A high-risk sex offender is now living in the Streeter, N.D., area, the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department announced Monday. William Humphrey Kysar is living at 232 North France St., Streeter. He is not employed at this time. Kysar has convictions for gross sexual imposition, soliciting a child for sex and child abuse. He is not on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation, according to the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department.
