Amber Alert issued in N.D. for girl kidnapped from Canada

The North Dakota Highway Patrol released the following Amber Alert Tuesday evening regarding a child abducted in Canada: At 6:15 p.m. Monday, Samantha Martyn is believed to have been abducted from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Samantha is described as a white 4-year-old girl. She is 3 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 50 pounds and has brown eyes and long brown hair with bangs.
