St. Paul Park, Minn., man killed after repeatedly ignoring officers’ instructions

COTTAGE GROVE, Minn. – Authorities Thursday afternoon identified the St. Paul Park, Minn., man shot and killed late Wednesday by law enforcement officers during a traffic stop here.
