Missouri man arrested here

A Missouri man was arrested early Thursday for failing to register as a sex offender, according to the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office. Mark David Matthews, 42, was arrested after deputies responded to a welfare check at 515 First Avenue, Kensal, said Sheriff Dave Orr. Matthews was at the house. Orr said deputies saw Matthews and recognized him from information the Barton County (Missouri) Sheriff’s Department sent over.
