Hospital foundation hits $3 million mark

The Jamestown Hospital Foundation has hit its $3 million fundraising goal for the $52 million Jamestown Regional Medical Center now under construction. Jan Barnes, foundation director, said 41 people in the region and around the country have donated $5,000 or more to the capital campaign. But the largest gift came from the estate of area farmer Dan Kornovich, who died in June 2009.
