Vietnam mom recalls how bus was submerged by flood

NGHI XUAN, Vietnam (AP) — It was dark and quiet in the early morning when the bus engine stalled and Tran Thi Mung suddenly heard the driver yell for everyone to remain calm. She felt the wheels rock, then the floor tilt as the raging Lam River sucked away the vehicle's footing and slowly began to swallow it.
