Taxable sales and purchases up in N.D.

BISMARCK — North Dakota taxable sales and purchases were up $863 million, or 28 percent, during the summer months compared to the same time last year. Tax Commissioner Cory Fong released the third quarter results Thursday, showing taxable sales and purchases during July, August and September were $3.947 billion.
