N.D. wine makers may sell directly to stores

BISMARCK (AP) — North Dakota wine makers have taken a step toward selling their product directly to stores. North Dakota law now allows wine makers to sell directly to consumers. But to sell their wine in stores, they have to go through a liquor wholesaler first.
