Police concerned for woman

The Jamestown Police Department is still looking for a woman considered vulnerable and endangered. Rhea Q. Coleman, 39, Gackle, N.D., was last seen at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Police Chief David Donegan said in a press release. He said Coleman has special needs and may be harmful to herself.
