No-travel advisory issued in extreme southern N.D.; travel alert issued for areas of N.D.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a no-travel advisory for extreme southern North Dakota for U.S. and state highways along the South Dakota border due to blowing snow creating reduced visibility and heavy snow drifts making travel dangerous.
