Sex offender changes Jamestown address

The Jamestown Police Department announced Monday that a high-risk registered sex offender has changed his address in Jamestown. Nicholas Allen Harding, 23, now lives at 417 Fourth St. N.W. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighs 230 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair. He does not have a vehicle.
