Devils Lake woman pleads guilty to federal drug charges

U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that today, Melissa Ann Skadsem of Devils Lake, N.D., pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Ralph R. Erickson to two charges of distribution of a controlled substance.
