Feilmeier named ND High School Rodeo Queen

Saige Feilmeier, 16, Watford City, N.D., was crowned the 2011 Miss North Dakota High School Rodeo Queen on June 19 in Bowman, N.D., during the North Dakota High School Rodeo Finals.
