Stenehjem issues cease and desist order against salesman

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem issued a cease and desist order Tuesday against Michael Jelle of Maddock, N.D., doing business as “The Dryer Guy,” for violations of North Dakota’s consumer fraud law.
