Blum wanted in other states
The man police say is responsible for a standoff in Jamestown Wednesday allegedly has a lengthy criminal past. Jeremy Lee Blum, 30, Mandan, was formally charged with reckless endangerment Thursday, according to the clerk of Southeast Judicial District Court.
