Police: Sex offender living in Jamestown

The Jamestown Police Department is warning Jamestown residents of a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown. Brian James Brandner, 25, 1427 Fourth Ave. NW #1, is described as a white man with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. Brandner has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, office of the Attorney General.
